Running a virtual airline on Roblox

A virtual airline on Roblox is a group of players who fly scheduled flights in a Roblox game, much like a real airline does in real life. RoFlightTracker24 gives each airline a public page and a dashboard to run it. This guide explains the pieces and how they connect.

Your airline page

Every airline has a public page with its logo, banner, description, fleet, routes, next flights and recent flights. Players find it through the airlines list, the live map and search. A complete page, with a real description and your community links, looks better and counts towards getting verified. Verification means we checked who runs the airline on Roblox.

Fleet

Add every aircraft with its registration, type and a photo. The registration is how the tracker links a plane in your game to your fleet, so each flight shows the right aircraft, type and picture. Over 80 aircraft types are listed, from small props to the A380.

Schedule and flight numbers

In the flight planner you schedule flights with a number, an aircraft, a route and a departure time. When that aircraft takes off from that airport around that time, the live flight is matched to the scheduled one and flies under its number. You can add the return flight and repeat a flight for several days in one go, and change a flight's status, like delayed or cancelled, from the list.

Ferry flights

Not every flight carries passengers. Moving an empty plane to another base or to maintenance is a ferry flight. If one of your planes flies without a number, the site asks you on any page: give it a number, or mark it as a ferry. Ferry flights get their own numbers, FERRY1, FERRY2 and so on, so several can fly at once without getting mixed up.

Staff and codeshares

Add staff with roles. Owners and admins can change everything, managers can plan flights, and other staff can see the dashboard. Codeshares let a partner airline sell seats on your flight under its own code; a partner approves a request unless you already have an agreement.

When things don't go to plan

If a flight turns back or lands somewhere else, it is marked as diverted automatically and its schedule entry is updated. The Standing page shows any warnings and how to keep your airline in good standing. Flights that break the rules, or text and images that aren't suitable for a site many young players use, are refused before they are saved.
